Madam Councilor[1] is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. She is a mobian echidna and Councilor of the High Council of Echidnaopolis along with Darwin after Echidnaopolis returned to Mobius proper.
Appearance[]
Madam Councilor appears as a purple female echidna with no hair but long dreadlocks, who wears a decorative jewel on her forehead. Her attire consists of a green dress with a white collar and belt and white trim on the legs, with a white bracelet around her left wrist. In the orignal version of Knuckles the Echidna #7, however, her fur was instead red.
History[]
Madam Councilor sat in a session with the council when Helmut Von Stryker came before them with complaints regarding the Dingoes' housing situation. During the meeting, the councilor noted that the Echidnas had no assurances that the Dingoes could be trusted, and irked Stryker somewhat by not addressing him by his rank of general.[1]
