Lychee Chao is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a Chao that can increase their bonded individual's rewards.

Appearance

Lychee Chao have white, pudding-like bodies with round, waterdrop-like heads. They also have large eyes, no noses or mouths, round torsos that are smaller than their heads, smooth feet with no legs, and arms with no visible hands. In addition, neither their arms nor feet have digits. They also have a floating red dot above their heads, red tipped arms, head points and feet, red bellies, short and round tails, and a small set of wings on their backs.

Overview

In Sonic Speed Simulator, Lychee Chao is a limited collectible pet of the "Epic" rarity. It could be unlocked by collecting 300 pink crystals during the "Save Amy Event". Alternatively, the player could buy them for 199 Robux during the same event.

In gameplay, Lychee Chao can be equipped to the playable character, allowing them to fly by the side of the playable character as they move around. In addition, when equipped, Lychee Chao will grant additional Experience Points whenever the playable character obtains a Chaos Orb and additional Rings whenever they pick up a single Ring. The player can as well level up Lychee Chao for a cost of Rings and/or Red Star Rings at the Upgrade Machine, with level 25 being the maximum level. Leveling up a Lychee Chao will improve its reward-granting attributes. Additionally, the player can fuse a Lychee Chao by collecting five Lychee Chao, leveling all of them up to maximum, and bringing them to the Fusion Machine. Fusing a Lychee Chao will result in a singular fused Chao at level 1.

Powers and abilities

Lychee Chao are capable of flight. In addition, they possess the power to increase the rewards granted to the person they have bonded with.
