Lord Eggman's Lair is a location that appears in the Sonic Boom television series. It is the counterpart of Dr. Eggman's Lair from an alternate dimension where Sonic never existed. It is also the headquarters of Seaside Island's tyrannical overlord, Lord Eggman.

Description

Appearance-wise, Lord Eggman's lair is nearly identical to its Sonic Boom World counterpart, except that this lair has green details instead of red. Also, due to the nature of its dimension, the lava veins on its island are green instead of red.

History

Season two

Seeking to strike back at Lord Eggman, Sticks had her crew (consisting of Amy, Knuckles and Sonic the Hedgehog) invade Eggman's Lair. On the top of the lair, the group encountered Eggman's assistant, Tails, while he was maintaining Eggman's Badniks. Tails quickly alerted Eggman to the intrusion, prompting Team Sonic to fight off some Badniks. Amidst this, Sonic got Tails to join his side by saving his life when one of Eggman's missiles were about to hit him. The complete Team Sonic then dealt Eggman his first defeat.[1]

Some time afterward, Lord Eggman was scheming on top of his lair when he got visit from his Sonic Boom World counterpart. This Eggman offered Lord Eggman the chance to get revenge on Sonic by providing him with an Inter-dimensional Portal Creator that would take him to Sonic. Accepting the offer, Lord Eggman left, not realizing that his counterpart was using him to take the blame for his actions back home.[2]
