The Little Fighter as seen in the Sonic Unleashed Encyclopedia
The Little Fighter is a robot created by Doctor Eggman in the game Sonic Unleashed. These little robots are the dismembered hands of broken or defeated Egg Fighters, that were programmed with an autonomous AI which allows them to still function when they are detached from their former body.
Trivia
- These robots are very rarely seen as in-game enemies, only seen in very few Night Stages, most notably Windmill Isle.
- While not being significant as an in-game enemy, they are more notable as controlling the Egg Devil Ray and Egg Lancer bosses in the 360/PS3 version of Sonic Unleashed.
- Though being the dismembered hand of the Egg Fighter, the Egg Fighter never drops or loses the Little Fighters when destroyed, they are found just walking around with others.
- It is said that the Egg and Little Fighters don't get along well. This may be due to the fact that the Little Fighters are jealous of losing their host body, or the Egg Fighters tease them for it.
