Lionel is a character appears in the Sonic Underground television series. He is the father of Cyrus.
History
Robotnik captured him to work for him and to get Cyrus to do what he wanted. In the end, Lionel was roboticized.[1] He later reappeared where he worked on Robotnik's "Sleeper" Project and helped destroy them. It is unknown if he still works for Robotnik.[2]
