The Lava Bomb is a Trap Item that appears in Sonic Forces: Speed Battle.
Description
The Lava Bomb takes the form of an orb of lava with fire spikes protruding from it.
Overview
In gameplay, the Lava Bomb can only be obtained at random from Item Boxes by Blaze. As with most other Items, Metal Sonic can also use the Lava Bomb if he uses the Steal Item to steal it from the aforementioned user.
When using Lava Bomb, the object itself will appear in front of the next opponent. If the user is in first place however, the Lava Bomb will appear in front of the user. Should a playable character (even the user) collide with a Lava Bomb, they will receive a lot of damage and be slowed down. Also, when a character is upgraded to level 4, 10 and 16, the Lava Bomb will deal even more damage.
