The finest sailor in Apotos. The sea is his life, every boat his mistress. He spends most of the year out at sea. Despite his appearance (he's strong as an ox and gruff as a grizzly), Lambros is quite a loving father.
Lambros (ランブロス,Ranburosu?) is a character that appears in Sonic Unleashed. He is a human resident of Apotos and the father of Alexis. The finest sailor in all of Apotos, he spends most of the year out at sea.
At some point prior to Sonic Unleashed, Lambros had a son named Alexis. Over the years, Lambros forged a mutual bond of love and respect with Alexis.
As a sailor, Lambros was often required to go on long travels when he went to work and was forced to leave his son alone while he was gone. On these trips, however, one day would not go by where Lambros would miss his son, but he accepted this since this was the life of a sailor and would do his best to return home as soon as possible. Fortunately, his long trips did not appear to put any strain on his and Alexis' relationship. At some other point he met Lucas, who had lost his memories and came to live in Apotos, and he became Lambros's accomplice at sea.
During the events of Sonic Unleashed, the earth was left shattered due to Dark Gaia's awakening, and as such Lambros was unable to travel safely to Spagonia to look for work. As a result, Lambros was forced on an indefinitely break until he could travel to Spagonia. While Lambros was displeased that he could no longer work to learn a living, this situation gave him the opportunity to spend some time with his son.
When Sonic the Hedgehog and Chip arrived in Apotos, Lambros asked them if they were tourists as he had never seen them before. Lambros was then asked Sonic if he had seen Chip from somewhere before, but Lambros remarked that he did not recognize Chip. During the following night, he met Sonic again and was very shocked to see Sonic's change into the Werehog.
As Sonic began his quest to restore the planet, Lambros began to notice the planet was coming back together and hoped that Spagonia would come back as well soon, so he got back to work. As such he would check up on Sonic whenever he came by to hear if he had restored Spagonia's continent. In the meantime, Lambros spend many activities with his son, such as going out fishing, and gladly admitted to Sonic and Chip whenever they came around that it had been a while since they have had so much fun.
Eventually, Sonic restored Spagonia's continent and Lambros immediately left Apotos to look for work. Some time later, he arrived Adabat, where he met up with Sonic and Chip again and told them that it was about time for him to return to his son.
During the events of Sonic Unleashed, Lambros, alongside Eric, met Sonic the Hedgehog and Chip when they first came to Apotos, and Lambros asked them if they were travelers, as he had never seen them around these parts. Sonic then asked Lambros if he had seen Chip before, but Lambros remarked that he could not say he had. During the following night, Lambros was surprised to see that Sonic had changed into the Werehog, and asked him if he had eaten something funny. Later, when he met Sonic and Chip again, Lambros gave them Soundtrack 33, because he liked their style.
Later on, Lambros and Eric met up with Sonic and Chip again and talked with them about how the town used to be quiet, but was now in a hullabaloo due to the tremors created by the planet's shattering by Dark Gaia. Later at night, Lambros would then comment of Sonic's Werehog form, but then heard that it was not Sonic's usual form and hoped that his normal form was easier on the eyes.
Lambros loves sailing; the sea is his life, every boat his mistress. In spite of his long absences and gruff exterior though, he is a loving father who cares deeply for his son and enjoys spending time with him.
