Kura

Kura (クラー, Kurā^?)^[1] is an enemy that appears in Sonic Advance. It is a mass-produced, jellyfish-like Badnik model created by Dr. Eggman.

Appearance

The Kuras resemble jellyfish.

Overview

The Kuras appear exclusively in the underwater sections of Ice Mountain Zone. In gameplay, Kuras float around left and right, sometimes bursting with electricity as their defense, making them temporarily immune to basic attacks until their electrical field fades away.

Trivia

This Badnik's name is derived from "Kurage", which means "jellyfish" in Japanese.
