Kenji Utsumi was a Japanese voice actor and actor who did voice work for the Japanese version of the Sonic the Hedgehog series.
History
Utsumi played many roles in different TV and theater animations, commercials, OVAs, video games and so on. He was mostly known for his roles in Dragon Ball series. He was as well awarded the Lifetime Achievement at the third Seiyū Awards.
He eventually died from cancer on 13 June 2013.
