Keiji Okuda is a Japanese voice actor, born on 27 January 1972. He has contributed voice acting to mainly video games and anime. His only credited work in the Sonic series were for extra characters in the Japanese version of Sonic the Hedgehog (2006). He has also voice acted in Bleach, Naruto Shippuden, and Last Order: Final Fantasy VII.
