Kathleen Marie "Kay" Hanley is a singer. She was the guitarist and lead singer in the alternative rock band Letters to Cleo from 1990 to 2000. She sings the song "Follow Me", the theme of Team Rose from Sonic Heroes. She also sings the song "The Happy Ride" from Super Monkey Ball: Step and Roll. She is best known as the vocalist for the alternative rock band Letters to Cleo.


In 2003, Hanley was approached by Jun Senoue from Sega to co-write and perform on an original song for the then-upcoming Sonic Heroes. The result was the song "Follow Me".
