Caren Lyn Manuel (born August 14, 1976), sometimes credited as Kathleen Delaney, is an American voice actress who works on the properties of 4Kids Entertainment.
She is best known for voicing Rouge the Bat on Sonic X. From 2005 to 2010, she has also voiced Rouge in the video game series, beginning with Shadow the Hedgehog and ending with Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games. She has been replaced by Karen Strassman.
