Being based on a kangaroo, these Badniks have an orange body with gray accents, large eyes, a segmented tail, spring-like legs, long feet with white toe-tips and lack arms.
Overview[]
In Sonic Superstars, the Kang Clangas appear as enemies in Pinball Carnival Zone Act 2, appearing sporadically throughout the zone. In gameplay, the Kanga Clangas are stationary Badniks that always face the player. If the player tries to roll or run into a Kanga Clanga, it will kick them back with extreme force, launching the player really far in the direction the Badnik was facing. Despite being enemies, the Kanga Clanga's kicks can actually be useful for the player for some situations, as the player can easily reach top speeds by taking advantage of being kicked by a Kanga Clanga. While the Kanga Clangas can not be destroyed via ground attacks like the Spin Dash, more aerial attacks such as the Spin Jump can easily destroy this Badnik. Like most Badniks in the game, the Kanga Clanga will release their Animal and award the player 100 points upon destruction.
Powers and abilities[]
The Kanga Clangas can deliver swift kicks to their foes in a similar fashion to the real life kangaroos they are based on. Also like real life kangaroos, the Kanga Clangas can make short hops in a singular place.
