Jojo is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog film series produced by Paramount Pictures and its spin-offs. She is a human, the daughter of Rachel, and the niece of Maddie and Tom Wachowski. She lives in San Francisco with her mother.

While at home, Jojo and Rachel would house Maddie and Ozzie while the former was scoping out apartments for her and Tom in San Francisco. During their stay, Jojo would color with Maddie.

When Tom arrived at Rachel's house, Jojo was quick to welcome her uncle despite Rachel's attempts to keep him out since Tom was wanted by the government. However, Ozzie soon revealed that Tom was carrying an unconscious and alien anthropomorphic hedgehog named Sonic. After Rachel was tied up, Jojo watched Maddie examine Sonic. Learning that Sonic's feet were hurt because his shoes had been worn down to the soles, Jojo ignored her mother's pleas to be released as she brought Sonic some new shoes after he woke up. With Sonic happily accepting Jojo's gift, she would see him get acquainted with Ozzie. After Sonic, Tom and Maddie had then left for the Transamerica Pyramid, Jojo would mimic Sonic by running around and saying "Gotta go fast" while ignoring the pleas of her mother, who was still tied up.

Jojo eventually went with Rachel to Hawaii to celebrate the wedding of her mother and her fiancé, Randall. There, she met with Maddie, whom she went to see Tom with and show the wedding rings she was looking after, keeping them on a special pillow. Although she seemingly lost one, she was happy to see how Tom was just playing her and made what looked like to be her ring appear with a magic trick. In reality, the ring was the one that Sonic the Hedgehog gave him to Tom before he left. During the wedding, Jojo served as the ring bearer for her mother. There, she saw Sonic and Tails arrive through a Ring portal and was shocked to see that Randall's friends were agents of the Guardian Units of Nations. She was likewise confused when Rachel believed she was an agent as well. Soon after, Jojo found Tails' bag of gadgets, and gave them to Rachel and Maddie, which they used to save Tom, Sonic, and Tails, and apprehend Commander Walters.

Jojo is a sweet, innocent, and kind child, who enjoys simple activities like coloring. Unlike her mother, she likes Tom, hugging him and calling him "Uncle Tommy". She is a generous person as well, as shown when she gifted Sonic a new pair of shoes.

Jojo seems to be indifferent of her mother, ignoring her when she asked her to untie her from the chair, and later, wear her FitBit. She seems to admire and is entertained by Sonic's antics, as shown when she was running around her house, mimicking his speed.

While Jojo cares about her mother, Rachel, she tends to ignore her orders, albeit only out of the desire to help others. Also, a contrast in their relationship is that Jojo does not dislike her uncle, Tom Wachowski, whom she shows helpfulness and kindness towards.

Upon first meeting Sonic the Hedgehog, who was unconscious at the time, Jojo immediately began sympathizing with him after seeing his injured feet, which had been worn from all his running. This prompted Jojo to help Sonic by providing him with his first real gift: a pair of Puma shoes for protecting his feet from harm. Shown to enjoy both Sonic's appreciation and antics, she would go as far as to mimic his behavior, such as his running around and "Gotta go fast" catchphrase.
