Joe Sushi is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog story books published by Ladybird. He is a seal who is a close friend of Sonic the Hedgehog.
Joe is a diminutive form of seal, being less than half a meter tall. He has blue skin/fur with a rotund head, two large black eyes, small triangular flippers, and a fin-like hind flipper. He also has a fussy white muzzle reminiscing a mustache like a walrus and a small black nose.
