Jewel Citrine Chao is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a Chao that can increase their bonded individual's rewards.

Appearance

Jewel Citrine Chao have aureolin pudding-like bodies with round, waterdrop-like heads. They also have large eyes, no noses or mouths, round torsos that are smaller than their heads, smooth feet with no legs, and arms with no visible hands. In addition, neither their arms nor feet have digits. They also have a floating yellow dot above their heads, short and round tails, and a small set of wings on their backs.

Overview

In Sonic Speed Simulator, Jewel Citrine Chao is a collectible pet of the "Epic" rarity. It can be unlocked in several ways:

• In the "Metal Returns" Event, using the Spin Wheel in Metal Madness after the player has obtained the fifth tool drop reward from that Spin Wheel's drop list. When using this Spin Wheel, the player has a 12% chance of getting a Jewel Citrine Chao.
• In the "Metal Returns" event, beating Metal Sonic Mach 3.0 in a race on Metal Madness a total of 10 times as Metal Sonic.
  • Alternatively, the player can pay 499 Robux to instantly complete this task.
• In the "Mechanic Tails' Ultra Prize Zone" Event, using the Spin Wheel in Green Hill Obby 2 after the player has obtained the seventh tool drop reward from that Spin Wheel's drop list. When using this Spin Wheel, the player has a 7% chance of getting a Jewel Citrine Chao. It replaced Jewel Topaz Chao in that wheel.

In gameplay, Jewel Citrine Chao can be equipped to the playable character, allowing them to fly by the side of the playable character as they move around. In addition, when equipped, Jewel Citrine Chao will grant additional Experience Points whenever the playable character obtains a Chaos Orb and additional Rings whenever they pick up a single Ring. The player can as well level up Jewel Citrine Chao for a cost of Rings and/or Red Star Rings at the Upgrade Machine, with level 25 being the maximum level. Leveling up a Jewel Citrine Chao will improve its reward-granting attributes. Additionally, the player can fuse a Jewel Citrine Chao by collecting five Jewel Citrine Chao, leveling all of them up to maximum, and bringing them to the Fusion Machine. Fusing a Jewel Citrine Chao will result in a singular fused Chao at level 1.

Powers and abilities

Jewel Citrine Chao are capable of flight. In addition, they possess the power to increase the rewards granted to the person they have bonded with.
