Jeffrey "Jeff" Fowler is a former American animator and visual effects artist of the Sonic the Hedgehog series. He is a filmmaker, screenwriter, and active director/producer of the Sonic the Hedgehog (film series) produced by Paramount Pictures. His first, involved work with the Sonic series was on the CG movie cutscenes of the Shadow the Hedgehog game, before transitioning to director, and later executive producer, on the Sonic the Hedgehog film series.
History[]
Fowler is a longtime Blur Studio collaborator of Tim Miller. He was once nominated for the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film as writer and director of Gopher Broke (2004).[1] He made his theatrical directorial debut with the Sonic the Hedgehog film, released in 2020.
