Jean-Claude was a member of the Rebel Underground and partner to Dolph.
History
He and Dolph were under the command of Geoffrey St. John. Both he and Dolph helped to destroy the first DYNAMAC robot on the Robotnik Express. (StH: #31)
Trivia
- Jean-Claude is named after action movie star Jean-Claude Van Damme, just as his partner Dolph is named after Dolph Lundgren.
