Jawz is a character that appears in the Sonic the Comic series published by Fleetway Editions. It is a mass-produced, shark-based Badnik made by Dr. Ivo Robotnik.
Appearance[]
Jawz is a shark-based Badnik. It has a red body with grey turbines and large white teeth.
History[]
In one of the Labyrinth Zone's lakes, a trio of Jawz tried attacking Sonic the Hedgehog after he escaped Dr. Robotnik's whirlpool machine. However, the hedgehog easily beat all three of them at once.[1]
The Jawz were later among the Badniks unleashed on the civilians of the Metropolis Zone to remind them that Robotnik was in charge. When Commander Brutus arrived with his own Badniks to overthrow Dr. Robotnik though, the Jawz confronted Brutus' army, only to get wiped out.[2][3]
