Item Lock: Air is a Gear Part that appears in Sonic Free Riders. It is an Extreme Gear component that influences all Item Boxes the rider touches to give Air.

Item Lock: Air is an installable performance-enhancing component for Extreme Gears. Its actual appearance is unknown, though it is presented as an icon on the head-up display in the top-left corner of the game screen. Its icon is a dark pink-colored circle with the image of a pink Item Box containing a pink swirl inscribed in it.
Overview
In gameplay, Item Lock: Air is a customizable Gear Part that can only be attached to different Extreme Gears. It can be bought from the shop for 250 Rings.
