Robotnik aiming the Insto-Freeze Cannon in "Too Tall Tails"
The Insto-Freeze Cannon is a weapon capable of instantly freezing anyone with a single ray. This device is often used by Dr. Robotnik in Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog. However, this machine tends to backfire on the doctor more often than not.
