History[]
Out of the Blue[]
One night at the Imperial Palace, Blaze the Cat looked out from a balcony. Gardon came by to give the evening security report, only to reveal that there was nothing to report and all was peaceful. Blaze was pleased with this news, saying that it may be his report for many nights to come. Just then, after a crash was heard outside of the palace, Blaze ran to investigate it and Gardon followed her. Blaze and Gardon had found a passed out Sonic the Hedgehog.[3] Sonic soon after revealed that he had lost his memory and could not remember what had occurred before he arrived in Blaze's world. Soon, Blaze had tea with Sonic while Gardon stood by. Sonic explained that he could not even recall his own identity but accepted being called "Mr. Needlemouse" by a young girl he met there. He did mention that there was nothing concrete and his memories seemed warped. Blaze continued to ponder who did this to Sonic and asked herself what was happening on his world at that moment.[4] When Sonic later returned to the Imperial Palace following a run around the island, Gardon brought Blaze the Sol Emeralds. Using the Emeralds' power, Blaze restored Sonic's memories and sent him back to his world.[2]
