It is apparently the only cure for Professor Von Schlemmer's Gizmo Gas. It is only found in a garden on the Gargantuan Islands, heavily guarded by the Evil Wizard Lizard and various booby traps. The only known clove of Hoot-n-Toot garlic was used up, however, to shrink Tails back down to normal size and to save him from Dr. Robotnik's Insto-Freeze Cannon.
