Homing Cutter (ホーミングカッター, Hōmingukattā^?) is a move used primarily by Rouge the Bat in Sonic Battle. In the game, it serves as Rouge's Pursuit Attack.

Description

Similar to Agent Eagle, the user performs a downwards axe kick, to knock pursued opponents down to the ground.

Unlike most Pursuit Attacks, this attack has the best chance of inflicting the bouncing-slam effect on both targets that rebound off the wall and on grounded targets, though despite sharing similar speed with Sonic Eagle, it has a bit less power in comparison for its very easy usage.

Emerl can randomly obtain this skill after participating in a fight with Rouge, either with or against her.
