The History Device is an object that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics.

The History Device is a metal headset with 3 green antennae and one red light bulb on top.
Features and traits[]
When activated, the History Device will project a yellow projection of the history of the person who wears the headset, and others can see this same projection as well even if they're not the one wearing the History Device. However, it was actually intended to let the user to see the future, which Robotnik failed to get right.
History[]
Found after the demise of Dr. Robotnik, Rotor gave the History Device to Sonic, who used it to see a projection of his life's main events.[1]
