Hidden Treasure Ring

The Hidden Treasure Ring or also known as the Hidden Treasure Item or just simply as the Treasure is an object that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. They are sets of Ring-like objects found throughout Sonic's universe that serve as a collectable to be collected within a certain amount of time in specific Special Missions.

Description[]

The Hidden Treasure Rings have a similar appearance to the regular Rings, the outside ring part is silver-colored and the star floating inside of them in their center is gold-colored.

Sonic Unleashed[]

The Hidden Treasure Rings first appeared in the "Special Mission! Find the Treasure!" Night Stages in the PlayStation 2 and Wii version of Sonic Unleashed. In gameplay, the player has to collect five of them scattered around a stage in hiding places like the inside of containers or jars, inside of enemies or just in plain sight. These must be found under three minutes to complete the mission. The only exception to this rule is Eggmanland which gives the player four minutes.
