Establishing himself as the lord of Seaside Island, Eggman ruled Hedgehog Village with an iron-fist and would imprison people like Dave the Intern in the Village jail over minor wrongs against him.[1]
Season two
When he got sent to Hedgehog Village's dimension, Sonic ended up in the Village Center. There, Sonic met Amy Rose and Lord Eggman, the latter of whom he openly mocked, which got him thrown into the Village jail. Fortunately, Amy would break Sonic (and Dave) out of jail.[1]
