Head's Up![1] (頭上注意[2] Zujō chūi?, lit. "Watch your head") is a move that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a move used by Amy Rose.

Description[]

When performing this move, Amy points towards her opponent. After a moment, an object then falls from the sky onto them, hitting them once. The objects that Amy can summon with this move include an apple, a banana bunch, a Soccer ball, meat on a bone, a hamburger, ice cream, a chocolate bar, a heart, the word "LOVE", and an item resembling Bean's head with heart eyes.

To perform the move, the player has to perform the following command (STF-Arrow-Up Down STF-P-Button) in order to use it.

Overview[]

Upon using the move, the player will point towards the opponent. A random object will then fall onto the opponent.

Variants[]

16t[]

Main article: 16t

16t is a variant of Head's Up! in a 16 ton weight falls onto the opponent. It replaces Head's Up! when Amy is in Hyper Mode.

Trivia[]

  • The command to input the move is listed as (STF-Arrow-Up STF-B-Button Down STF-P-Button) in the Japanese promotional VHS for the game, which, although not necessary, will also successfully initiate the attack.
