Hōchū Ōtsuka (大塚 芳忠 Ōtsuka Hōchū?, born Yoshitata Ōtsuka [same kanji], 19 May 1954) is a Japanese voice actor from Okayama Prefecture, affiliated with the talent management firm Crazy Box. He voiced Red Pine in Sonic X.[1]
