The Gyrocopter[1] is a vehicle that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. It was a flying machine created by Vector the Crocodile.

Appearance[]
The Gyrocopter is a flying machine resembling a miniature helicopter, with a red body, a small windshield, a large yellow propeller, and a small yellow propeller on its tail. The contraption also features landing gear in the form of three black wheels on its underside.[2]
Abilities and traits[]
Thanks to its design, the Gyrocopter is capable of flight.[2]

Past[]
At some point, Vector created the Gyrocopter, and later used it to transport Knuckles and Mighty onto the Floating Island, crashing and destroying it in the process, due to it being his first time piloting it.[2][1]
