Sonic creates an imaginary baseball match, from Sonic the Hedgehog (film).

The Green Hills Baseball Team and the Spring Valley Baseball Team had their playoffs at the Green Hills Baseball Field, a match Sonic was able to see. Green Hills' team won, which left Sonic in amazement as he saw the support and friendship the members gave each other.

After everybody went home following the playoffs, Sonic revisited the field and plays with the equipment used. Winning to himself, he realizes his loneliness and runs across the field several times out of frustration, inadvertently triggering an electromagnetic explosion.

Sonic the Hedgehog 2[]

After beating Robotnik, Sonic and his newfound friends partook in a friendly baseball match with the Wachowskis, with Sonic as the announcer. Knuckles strikes Tails' fastball through the scoreboard as he yields for victory. Tails claims it as unfair. After Tom Wachowski, Sonic's adoptive father, congratulates him for joining a team, they all leave the field for ice cream.
