The Great Jungle is a location that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog television series. It is a large wilderness area on Mobius.

Description

The Great Jungle is a rainforest-like region. The area is completely uncharted and filled with various dangers, including Scorch Plants, strangling vines, and quicksand pits, making navigating it a risky endeavor, both for robots and animals alike.[1]

History

In the past, Dr. Robotnik would sent several recon-bots into the Great Jungle, only to loose them to the wilderness.[1]

When the Terapods were forced away from their normal migration route to Boulder Bay, they had to take another route through the Great Jungle. Thanks to their knowledge of the jungle and the aid of the Knothole Freedom Fighters, the Terapods made the trip.[1]
