Gigi Dutreix is an American writer and illustrator who contributes to IDW Publishing's Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs.[1]

- Dutreix is well known for their Sonic fan comic The Murder of Me.
- Dutreix's personal favorite Sonic characters are Sonic, Shadow, and Silver.
- According to the August 2018 solicitations,[1] Dutriex was to make their IDW Sonic the Hedgehog debut as the artist of Sonic the Hedgehog #8's B cover. However, due to unknown circumstances, their cover was delayed and Evan Stanley did both the A and B covers instead. A similar case happened for Sonic the Hedgehog #12, as Dutriex was slated to do the B cover but was once again replaced by Stanley.
