George Acorn, also known by the epithet King George the Foolish, is a character mentioned in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-off comic series published by Archie Comics. He is a Mobian and a member of the House of Acorn. He is the son of King Romulus Acorn.
History
During his reign, Georg was spoiled by the prosperity provided by his forefathers. In his own belief in his infallibility, he lead the Kingdom of Acorn in a brief but terrible war of untold violence against the Overland which came to be known as "King George's Folly". Having lost all his knights in the conflict, George was sanctioned by the court and rendered powerless until his death. The violence seen in the war he caused would not be surpassed until the Great War.[1]
Personality
Because of his ancestor's prosperity, George was spoiled and believed himself flawless.[1]
