Froggy Badnik is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by IDW Publishing. It's a Badnik created by Dr. Eggman to be in the image of Froggy.
Appearance[]
Similar to Froggy, it is a green-skinned non-anthropomorphic frog with a round body and four limbs. His limbs are rather thin, and each one has webbed feet with two toes each. He also has a white underbelly, orange stripes around his body, and red dots on his cheeks. He also has medium-large eyes with pale yellow sclera and wide black pupils.
History[]
Sonic the Hedgehog: Winter Jam[]
Froggy somehow manages to use laser eye beams to create a beautiful sculpture of Eggman. This forces Cubot to reveal that "Froggy" is actually a Badnik; the real Froggy escaped the Giant Chopper. Omega goes in a frenzy and destroys the arena, while Rouge steals the Chaos Emerald. The commotion causes Eggman to arrive at the scene and is shocked by what is going on. Cubot presses a button that sends Sonic's friends out of arena and back to Green Hill, with Big reuniting with the real Froggy.[1]
Powers and abilities[]
Froggy Badnik has the abilities to dodge many attacks and take on foes as strong as Omega with the Lazer eyes. The Badnik also has a skill to be a one to one with his real counterpart as Big and the others believed he was the real Froggy.
