Fractured Dreams are locations that appear in Sonic the Hedgehog series. They are specialized levels accessible within the Dreamscapes through Tails' Challenges. These levels were added in the fourth major update released on September 14, 2024.

The Fractured Dreams levels are characterized by their surreal and fragmented landscapes, reflecting the chaotic nature of the disrupted dreams. They are variations of levels seen throughout the game but with more disjointed platforms and floating structures. Numerous portals leading to other Fractured Dreams are also seen in the sky throughout.
Completing these levels rewards players with unique collectibles and contributes to the overall completion percentage of Tails' Challenges.
