Features and traits

The Flying Saucer is capable of flight and can carrying one user at a time. The unit modified by Tekno the Canary also received a remote control, allowing it to be operated by a wrist gadget.[1]

When Sonic the Hedgehog first arrived on the Floating Island, he would use the Flying Saucers to get through the Marble Garden Zone.[1]

Out for a Spin

At some point, one of the Flying Saucers fell of the Floating Island. Months later, it would be discovered by Amy Rose and Tekno the Canary. Although broken apart, the device was fixed up by Tekno in her workshop before Amy took it out for a ride. On the trip, Amy was ambushed by Eggrobos, who pulled her off of the Flying Saucer. However, using a remote control, Amy caused the Flying Saucer to fall on the Eggrobos, destroying the robots and the Flying Saucer altogether[1]
