Flamer's model in Sonic the Hedgehog 4.
Flamer, or Bohla (ボーラ?), is a variant of the Orbinaut Badniks created by Dr. Eggman that appears in Sonic the Hedgehog 4. Comparing to other Orbinaut variants, Flamers have slightly different appearance with yellow and grey color scheme. Flamers also have cyan facial section and four spinning flamethrowers instead of spike balls.
Description
Flamers can only be found at Oil Desert Zone where these badniks can temporarily ignite fire of oily landscape with one of flamethrowers, creating fire wave on both sides. These are sections in the zone where these enemies move very often, which is recommended to move carefully as the player can see it. Because of flamethrowers, the player can have hard time to avoid Flamers. Despite that, it is possible to defeat them with Spin Jump, Rolling Combo or combo attack, which can be activated by braking the golden monitor.

- A new series of Sea Urchin type robots which were developed based on the "Orbinauts" & "Spike Spinners" featured in Episode I. The blasting flames of the burners are certainly dangerous, but those fires will spread widely in oily places. Take extra care.
