Fireworms, also called Mamba in the Japanese manual, is a worm-like badnik from Sonic & Knuckles found in Lava Reef Zone.

They slowly fly back and forth, shooting fire from their bodies. They can be simply destroyed with a jump onto the head, but the player can get hurt from the spikes of the badnik.
