The Qemists are an English electronic music group, hailing from Brighton, United Kingdom, who have done work for the Sonic the Hedgehog series.

History[]

The Qemists work for Amazing Record Co., an indie record label based in the United Kingdom, known for a majority of soundtracks from various other racing game series' more so based on motorsports and real-life cars (such as the soundtracks for Forza, Gran Turismo and Need for Speed). The band also have signed a separate deal with Beat Records for distribution in Japan, and announced in February 2016 that they had signed a North American deal with Detroit-based label, FiXT Music. The Qemists would eventually arrange and perform a remix of "Green Light Ride" for Team Sonic Racing.
