In Sonic Advance, the Mirrors appear as enemies. They are encountered in Egg Rocket Zone and Cosmic Angel Zone. However, they do not appear in the playthrough of the game's Easy mode.
In gameplay, the Mirrors are defensive robots which fly around left and right, occasionally opening up to fire energy shots the way they are facing. When they open their casing, this is the player's chance to attack them. However, they should avoid touching their energy shots. Also, upon their destruction, they will release an Animal.
Powers and abilities[]
The Mirrors are capable of flight and can open up their casing to reveal a cannon that can fire lethal energy shots.
