The Ex-Queen of Mobotropolis is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. She was the former queen of Mobotropolis before her daughter-in-law, Alicia took the role by marrying her son Maximillian.

History[]
Early life[]
Almost nothing is known about the Ex-Queen. Her name nor family history is left completely mysterious. The only thing that's truly known about her is that she married Frederick Acorn and was the mother of Maximillian Acorn. The Ex-Queen would eventually meet a kind overlander, Nate Morgan, who she would watch play with a young Maximillian as he grew up.[1]
And Then There Was One[]
The Ex-Queen would last be seen in a flashback that depicted her, Frederick, and a young Maximillian watching a shooting star going by. Later, as she was eating dinner with her family, there was a knock on the door to Castle Acorn where she would ask Frederick who could that be, to which Frederick replied he didn’t know. Frederick would soon open the door, where the family were introduced to Ixis Naugus who offered his services to the Kingdom and become their Royal Wizard.[2]

Trivia[]
- The Ex-Queen of Mobotropolis is the only known female Acorn to be part of the Acorn lineage until Alicia married Maximillian and gave birth to Elias and Sally, to which Elias would soon go to marry Megan Acorn and become the step-father of Alexis Acorn, both of which would become female members of the Acorn lineage.
