Europe[1] is a location that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a continent located on earth.
Description[]
While not much is known about Europe, it is evidently home to many locations on that attract several tourists, with Spagonia being the world's art capital and Athens in Greece being regarded as one of the most beautiful cities on Earth.[2]
History[]
Sonic Unleashed (mobile)[]
In Sonic Unleashed (mobile), following his defeat in Chun-Nan, Dr. Eggman escaped to Greece in Europe, with Sonic hot on his heels. Eventually, the doctor was forced to flee to Spagonia, where the hedgehog battled him in the Egg Fish.[2][1] After being defeated again, Eggman left Europe and went to the Middle East.

Archie Comics[]
In the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics, Europe is known as Eurish. In this media, it was a continent on Mobius Prime. Historically, it was where the echidnas built Albion. In recent times, it would house areas like the Kingdom of Mercia and G.U.N.'s headquarters.
After the Super Genesis Wave re-wrote history, Eurish became a continent on Sonic's World with some noticeable locations such as Apotos and Spagonia, much like its video game counterpart.
