- In Sonic X episodes "Chaos Control Freaks" a tower that is Eggman's Base appear to be similar to Eggman's Tower.
- After reaching Dr. Eggman in the first part of the level, he presses a self-destruct switch that gives you a mere 20 seconds to escape. If you don't, you will lose with no chance of continuing, as the game states "You failed" and Eggman laughs at you.
