To use Eggman’s All-Star Move, the player must have obtained an All-Star Item. When using it, Dr. Eggman's vehicle gets a temporary increase in speed while one of his theme songs plays in the background. How his All-Star Move is performed depends on the game. In addition, Eggman gains a special power unique to himself, which effect also depends on the game, for the duration of the move.
Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing
In Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing, Eggman’s All-Star Move is referred to as the Missile Madness. When activated, his Eggpod transforms and gains missile launchers. With these, he can launch destructive rockets that will home in on and take out other racers, leaving an Eggman Empire logo-shaped cloud after impact. In order to employ the missiles from the Eggpod, the player has to press the Action button during the course. The song that plays for the duration of the move is the Egg Albatross' theme from Sonic Heroes.
Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed
In Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, Eggman’s All-Star Move is unnamed. When activated, Eggman conjures up a holographic red image of the Death Egg around himself and his vehicle. He also gains the ability to fire homing-missiles from his vehicle which will flip over anyone they manage to hit by pressing the Weapon button. Like all other All-Star Moves, his vehicle changes into plane mode if not already in said mode. The song that plays for the duration of the move is "E.G.G.M.A.N." from Sonic Adventure 2. In this game, this move is the strongest All-Star Move.
