The Egg Wrecker is an object that appears in the Sonic X comic series published by Archie Comics. It was a digital "boss" contained within a virtual reality program created by Dr. Eggman.[1]

Description[]

Appearance[]

The Egg Wrecker resembled a round machine with black and yellow hazard stripes on the sides, a black circular hemispherical underside, rocket engines on its rear for propulsion and a small circular lamp on its front. The cockpit itself was seen to have a driving seat, a small windshield and the cockpit's control system. The Egg Wrecker also possessed the added attachment of a chain on its underside which connected to a large checkered wrecking ball.[1]

Features and traits[]

In addition to being capable of flight, the Egg Wrecker could attack foes with its deadly wrecking ball.[1]

History[]

No Thanks for the Memories![]

During Sonic's journey through Eggman's virtual reality program, the hedgehog encountered the Egg Wrecker being piloted by a sprite designed after Gerald Robotnik at the end of Green Hill. Although the virtual assailant damaged Sonic twice with the wrecking ball, causing him to lose both his Shield and Rings, Sonic attacked the vehicle with several rapid Spin Attacks, breaking off its wrecking ball and forcing its pilot to flee the area in it.[1][2]
