The Egg Fort II (エッグフォートＩＩ Eggu Fōto Tsū?) is an object that appears in the Sonic X anime series. It is a flying fortress used by Dr. Eggman.
Description[]
The Egg Fort II is made out of three ship components, controlled by Eggman, Decoe and Bocoe (these components were unnamed in the English version:
- Bang (バン号 Ban-gō?), controlled by Eggman himself and the most powerful of the three.
- Babang (ババン号 Baban-gō?), controlled by Decoe.
- Bababang (バババン号 Bababan-gō?), controlled by Bocoe.

Chaos Emerald Saga[]
The Egg Fort II was first used as Eggman's second base after the Egg Fort failed.[1] Eventually, Eggman transformed the Egg Fort II into the E-99 Eggsterminator, powered by the Chaos Emeralds. However, Chris took the emeralds and they fell into the sea, where they were absorbed by Sonic and transformed into Super Sonic, destroying the Eggsterminator.[2]
Homebound Saga[]
The Egg Fort II was later reconstructed with the Egg Fort and Egg Carrier to form the Grand Egg Imperial.[3]
Trivia[]
- The Egg Fort II's design seems to have taken inspiration from the USS Enterprise of Star Trek fame.
