The Egg Destroyer Battlesuit[1] is a vehicle that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. It was a giant battle robot built and used by Dr. Eggman during Operation: Clean Sweep.

Genesis[]

After Sonic boarded the Death Egg Mark 2, Eggman piloted the Egg Destroyer Battlesuit and almost killed him with it after overwhelming the hedgehog with its weapons and overall strength. Once Sonic turned into Super Sonic using the energy of the Chaos Emerald flowing through a power cord though, Eggman found his mech to be completely outmatched, and it got totaled after a brief battle.[2]

- The Egg Destroyer Battlesuit is based on the Death Egg Robot which first appeared in Sonic the Hedgehog 2.
