The Egg-Wily Uppity Robot Scrambler Cannon fires a concentrated ion beam that temporarily disables machines that the beam passes through.[1]

The Egg-Wily Uppity Robot Scrambler Cannon was created by Dr. Eggman and Dr. Wily from the technology aboard the Sky Patrol during their unlikely alliance with Sonic the Hedgehog, Mega Man, X, and their various heroic teammates.[2] It was used to defeat the mind-controlled Deadly Six by destroying their power-enhancing armor and rendering the Robot Masters and Maverick Hunters they had taken control of inactive. However, due to its rushed production, it overheated and became useless after its usage.[1]
