The Eeliotte[1] is an enemy that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a mass-produced, electric eel-based Badnik created by Dr. Eggman.
Appearance[]
Eeliottes resemble electric eels. They have three spherical body segments making up their body, similar to other segmented Badniks like the Caterkiller or Crawlton. They also possess an orange and white color scheme, as well as having mostly black eyes with cyan irises.

In Sonic the Hedgehog Triple Trouble, Eeliottes only appear in the underwater areas of Tidal Plant Zone and are the only type of enemies encountered in the entire Zone. In gameplay, they swim back and forth in wavy patterns with three body segments following their head segment. The segmented parts have electricity running through them, similar to an electric eel. As a result, attacking these segments will result in the playable character taking damage. To destroy an Eeliotte without taking damage, the player has to hit them on their heads.
Like other Badniks in the game, they do not have Animals as an energy source that they release upon their defeat.
Powers and abilities[]
Eeliottes are excellent swimmers, and can electrically charge their segments to deter intruders. However, their head isn't electrically charged, making them vulnerable from there.
